      Absolutely! DEI is a fundamental pillar of macro social work. Policy that’s developed without the perspectives of underrepresented and marginalized groups is exactly how we end up with the inequitable systems we have today. Macro practice is about making sure those voices are at the table, shaping policy and institutions so they serve everyone.
